Brooke Shaden and Lindsay Adler Concept Shoot-Off

The [Framed] Network recently teamed up with photographers Brooke Shaden and Lindsay Adler for a very interesting show - "The Concept". In this show, they give Lindsay and Brooke the same missions, and they together have to decide on the concept and location. Both Lindsay and Brooke are leading names in the industry and both are amazing photographers, so it's very interesting to see how each one of them tackles the concept in a very different way. Both results are epic yet so different.

In this episode (episode 1 out of 6) the topic they got was "Entrapment" and the location they chose was a ship wreck. The episode is 40 minutes long, but worth every minute. Enjoy!

do those photos say entrapment to you? (anyone reading this)
I don't get entrapment from the pics or location..
thoughts?

Edit: I do like the photos and location. I think they are amazing. But i dont get entrapment from any of it.

I loooove Brookes stuff, it's super inspiring...but a lot of times I don't feel the connection between the theme she chose and the photo itself. Then again, art like this is very much left up to interpretation.

Where can I find the download-section??

Do you have those others videos? "From my future self" and "Blindfold"?

I looove the way brooke talks.. idk theres something so soothing and trusting in her voice.

I really enjoyed this video! :) Love these girls. Still waiting for Lindsay's book to arrive!

There are PERFECT moments to use wide angles as portrait lenses! I love hearing someone else say that. =) Usually I just extend my frame like brooke does, otherwise known as the brenizer method....but I definitely love to throw on my 24-105 when I want a more dramatic, almost creepy look.
