Fro Interviews Fred Dingelhoff, a Blind Photographer

Fro Knows Photo received an email from Fred Dingelhoff, a blind photographer in the Netherlands. Fred lost his right eye when he was 9 months old to a tumor and then when he was 21 years old a tumor in his optic nerve took his sight in his left eye. Fred worked quickly and hard to learn to live without sight and not let it stop his life. He does not believe anything should hold him back. Fred hopes technology will continue to help people with disabilities use devices as others can. His iPhone is able to tell him when it has locked focus on a face, he hopes Nikon & Canon will implement such technology one day.
