I really hope they make a 24mm 1.4 in this “Art” line. That would be amazing for about $1,100.

Just a minor clarification: the usb dock thing is an additional purchase. Well worth it if you ask me. Just wouldn’t want to get the idea that it’s available right out of the box. :)

As Stefano Druetta replied 3 hours before you posted this, stabilization is tremendously helpful for video.

Regardless, just shoot a decent system like Sony or Pentax where stabilization works for every lens. ;)

Dude, its 35mm f1.4 you can hand hold it down to 1/30th of a second easy and with a bit of practice you could hold it sharp even lower than that. Why would you even need IS?
