Profoto B1 and Nikon Df Available for Pre-order Now Along with 70-200 Rebate

The newly revealed Profoto B1 flash and Nikon Df have been the talk of the town for the past week. If you've been interested in preorders you can now head on over to B&H for both as well as the new Sigma 24-105mm F/4 for Canon. The Fujifilm x10 has a $100 instant rebate as well.

The Profoto B1 is available for $1,995.00 and has a multitude of accessories you can add to your cart. Orders will be fulfilled on December 16th. The batteries are available for $249.00 and chargers for $129.00, so you can have multiple backups. The battery lasts about 220 full power flashes so if you plan to shoot all day, you'll need to pick up some extras.

The Nikon Df is also available for preorder in silver and black. It is priced at $2,746.95 and is expected to be out for delivery on November 28th. You can read our first hands on view here.

Keep in mind the new Profoto B1 is only compatible with Canon TTL at the moment. I asked Profoto when the Nikon compatible version would be available, they said sometime spring 2014.

We should boycott the Df until Nikon gets back to reality and lower its price.
