That photo looks like the x10. Other photos I’ve seen showed the x20 with “x20″ on the front.

So many people have enjoyed the x100 and still do, so if the Fujifilm X100S is a major improvement in performance, I can’t wait to buy this take-with-me-everywhere camera.

why? it is pretty much useless on anything that moves, at all. I never use it on my x100. If the camera now will finally autofocus in low light situations I would not hesitate one bit to upgrade

Looks like the new 100s has dropped the panoramic feature….. it does however get mention in the new x20 . Too bad… bit of a deal breaker.

i’m quite interested to see how the digital split imaging is going work out and whether if it is going to challenge the leica rangefinders! :D

the guys at Fuji seems to be working on some really neat stuff lately, they might be able to take the lead in mirrorless technology! I’d be interested in learning more about the x100s but probably would hold off on buying from for the time being and wait for a similar interchangable lens version which can perform significantly better than the Sony NEX that I currently own, oh and having cheaper lenses/accessories would help too, though Fuji seems to be targetting at the higher end consumers with $$$ for their products

The lens is the same. There was a firmware update a while back for the current cameras, but no doubt it’ll be setup in these new ones already. AF speed is probably not limited by the motor in this case, but by the camera’s ability to ‘see’ the proper position and then focus accordingly. In terms of image quality, I’ve found these lenses to be superb. Primes are better, of course….

Cannot wait to see how the AF is improved. Still sort of want a 50mm version of this camera, too? (x-100s)
