JoeyL wasnt the first to do it, the techniques been around for 30 odd years now. The Technique used in this case is secondary to the actual visual that is being created and shown, and the actual visuals are stunning(irrespective of strobe or no strobe) before JoeyL there was Phil borges shooting strobes in far away locations.
