    What’s so intriguing about Daniel’s work is the fact that a huge chunk of it (studio-stuff) is actually self-portraits, including this one. (Which is my favorite by far.) He also does some amazing work with gummi bears and sand. He’s absolutely one of my favorite strobists. He’s not afraid to get in front of the camera and even look silly if he has too, which takes a lot of courage. He’s also an amazing fellow concert photographer.
