Through the Glass
“This is the new ASB building in Auckland, and architecturally it is an awesome building with great contrasting textures and tones which I felt would really be captured by black and white film. I took this photo as a series on this building. I captured this on my 4×5” camera standing just a few meters away from the base of the building looking almost directly up. I used the blue filter to flatten the contrast on the glass on the building which was reflecting the blue sky.”- Logan Elliott
As it was film I don’t have the exact EXIF data, but it was with a Fujinon 65mm lens, f/45, a 80A blue filter and using Shanghai 100 film developed in Rodinal.
