Matt Hadley is a Chattanooga Based Commercial and Editorial Photographer. Matt started taking pictures as a hobby in when he was a sophomore in high school. Since then, photography has completely consumed his life. His favorite photographs to take are portraits. Matt strives to capture a person’s emotion, and tell their story with his images. He believes that light is the most important aspect of photography and he uses mostly artificial light to create or enhance the mood of the image. While in college, Matt earned money on the side working as a portrait and wedding photographer. But his goal was always to be able to work in the commercial market.

Matt started working professionally as a photographer in 2011 when he became the on-staff marketing photographer for Southern Adventist University, a private college just outside Chattanooga TN. In January of 2014 Matt began Matt Hadley Photography as a full service photo studio serving the Chattanooga area.
