Not many people pull off self portraits well. Usually they are something odd or feel like there is something that just isn’t right or missing. Thea Curtis pulls it off perfectly. She combines self portrait, perfect textures and amazing posing with every shot.

I get so used to seeing conventional photos by good practitioners, but every once in awhile something like this comes along, something one can say shows a new way of seeing. Truly creative. Great stuff.

Jheez.. what a smart comment. And your point is? Thats like calling a painting 3% painting and 97% image.. It´s the technique. Always been there, always will be. What about abstract art? Photography is a lot more than realism, correct white balance and a precise exposure. Deal with it.

There are some of the ‘i could do that as well’-kind. Maybe, but you didn’t!so, go out there, create something new and don’t be a copycat. appreciate art that is different or at least, give constructive criticism or an opinion.
