The Making Of A Back To The Future Holiday Card

My buddy, Eric Doggett, is one of those commercial photographers that I want more people in the community to know about because he is very talented. Every holiday season, Eric will create a Christmas card using composites of himself and his family. This year, he took a page right from one of my favorite movies, Back To The Future. He created a fantastic in-depth tutorial video on how he created this year’s holiday image form scratch.

20121221 1a 710x514 The Making Of A Back To The Future Holiday Card

Eric Doggett is based out of Austin, Texas and does some really amazing post production and composite work on his photoshoots. We met while I was teaching at a Photoshop World conference in Las Vegas a couple of years back. He suggested I check out his site and I was happy I did. He has some really great behind the scenes shots and tutorials on his blog and I have definitely learned some new things about post-production from him.

I hope Eric takes the time to submit more in-depth tutorials to us in the future!

                Luv to see others work.

Always fun starting with a blank canvas a week before Christmas with everything else going on leading up to Christmas and managing to come up with something fun and unique that shares our experiences at Christmas
