1.  Color Correction/Effects only workable in full manual mode.  Copy/Pasting selected effects is not there yet. Its all or nothing for copy/paste.

2.  No real presets/preset loading for Logic Effects/ Audio effects.

3.  No Logic integration yet.  Only with workarounds.  I do love the Roles feature though.

4.  You can end up with a lot of duplicate files if you’re not organized from the start.  Plus SAN support is really basic atm.  Some sort of project manager is needed.

5.  Motion projects not importable in the timeline anymore.  Haven’t read up on how to work with them easily with fcp x.

It does require an open mind to editing, so people used to the old-school methods are probably going to like premiere/avid better.  On the other hand I’ve had more “Aha!” moments using new editing techniques with FCP X than I ever had starting out with FCP 5>7.  And its cheap :)

Already switched to Premiere… and while it’s not without it’s own set of quirky issues, I don’t get that same feeling of wanting to stick a shotgun in my mouth when struggling to make FCPX work.
