‘Ask Me Anything’ With Architectural Photographer Mike Kelley

Architectural photographer and Fstoppers alumni Mike Kelley recently did an AMA (ask me anything) over on Reddit that’s easily worth checking out.

You probably know him for “Wake Turbulence” and for being a regular guest on the Fstoppers YouTube channel. Now, you can read up on what drives the guy who started at the bottom 10 years ago and is now living every photographer’s fantasy of traveling the globe and visiting some of the world’s most unique locations to shoot their passion in his most recent Reddit AMA. In the responses, Kelley talks about his devout love for Canon tilt-shift lenses, practical business advice and his personal take on what worked for him, and how he was able to develop an impressive portfolio of images even before he was globetrotting.

If you want to up your architectural photography game, Kelley has so far released three excellent full tutorials with Fstoppers that reveals everything you’re going to need to know. They completely take away the guess work on “how the pros do it” as well as shortening that pesky trail and error period of achieving excellent images. I don’t know about you, but I would definitely pick up a copy or three.
