Chinese camera accessories brand Benro and American audio gear manufacturer Saramonic partnered and introduced a new series of content creation kit that turns your camera or smartphone into a mobile studio: Roadieographer.
For providing all-in-one solution to content creators, musicians and bands, Saramonic partnered with Benro and released three new kits targeting different budgets. The Saramonic Roadieographer kit comes in three different versions; the basic, the Pro and the Ultimate. The basic kit covers all essential gear for using your smartphone or small camera for recording video and audio. The kit includes a Saramonic Vmic Shotgun microphone, a Benro table-top tripod, a smartphone mount and TRS output cables. Like the Ultimate and the Professional kit, the Basic kit also comes with a Benro Tourist 200 weatherproof backback.
If you need more than a table-top setup, Saramonic offers the Professional kit which includes a Benro slim travel tripod and a ball-head with a carry case, instead of the table-top tripod that is bundled with the basic kit. The Ultimate kit on the other hand, includes a Saramonic SmartMic mini condenser microphone, a Benro mobile gimbal and an extra mini tripod over what you get in the Professional kit.
The Roadieographer starter kit is $199, the Pro kit is $249 and the Ultimate kit is $399.
