Very few people make a full-time living in the genre, but it is a highly popular genre, and as such, it can be beneficial to make a little money on the side if it is a hobby you enjoy. Personally, I have set up a small store on my website through Fine Art America. I like this because they take care of all the printing, creation of products, and shipping, and I just get my cut of the profits at the end. Under no circumstances would I count on landscape photography as a way to make a living, to be honest. I find it interesting and I enjoy taking parts in competitons of our local camera club or just sharing my pics in a form of smartshow 3d travel videos but trying to make reasonable money out of that? Doesn't sound a safe bet.
