CreativeLive Expands Online Portfolio With Wildist.co Acquisition

CreativeLive, the online learning platform for creatives, founded by photographer Chase Jarvis and now a Fiverr company, has announced its acquisition of the full catalog and website of Wildist.co, a popular online resource for outdoor and adventure photographers.

Wildist.co has only been around since 2018 but quickly filled out its catalog with online courses by some of the biggest names in adventure photography, like Chris Burkard, Alex Strohl, Charly Savely, Finn Beales, and Benjamin Hardman. With topics covering wildlife, landscape, working with outdoor brands, and outdoor storytelling, it filled a gap in a lot of photography education sources for photographers wanting to break into the commercial and editorial side of outdoor work. As an adventure photographer myself, I've had the opportunity to learn from Chris Burkhard and Alex Strohl in the past, and I look forward to seeing what new course they get to produce on a larger platform like CreativeLive.

Our roots run deep in photography. It is why I started CreativeLive and it is where my true passion lies. As a platform that seeks to meet the evolving needs of all different types of creators, acquiring Wildist.co and its content highlights our ongoing commitment to this space and to ensuring the future success of photographers everywhere,” said Chase Jarvis, CreativeLive’s Founder.

This acquisition is a big boost to CreativeLive's existing photography offerings and shows they are committed to being a diverse resource for photography education.
