A Simple Trick for Crafting Better Client Inquiries

Initial client inquiries can set the tone for the entire interaction and can often dictate whether or not you'll end up closing the sale. This great video shows a simple trick that can help set up every client interaction to be more successful right off the bat.

Coming to you from Michael Sasser, this helpful video shows a simple trick for creating better client interactions right off the bat. The trick lies simply in how you word your contact form. When clients see a generic contact form, they're likely to word their inquiry around price, instead of creating a conversation on what they want from photography that will allow you to set better expectations and guide the interaction more successfully. I have to admit that I'm certainly guilty of having the most straightforward contact form, and Sasser's tip makes a lot of sense; after all, clients come to us because they're looking for our expertise, and when they don't receive guidance on how to discuss photographic services, they naturally default to what they do know how to talk about: pricing.
