A simple click and boom, the background is gone from behind the subject of your image. It can't be this easy, right? It can be. It is, all thanks to the latest Adobe Photoshop CC 2020 update. And the fun doesn't stop there.
In this tutorial, Unmesh Dinda of PiXimperfect takes us through the highlights of Adobe's latest update to its flagship app, including the mind-blowingly easy new way to remove the background of an image. Dinda says that while the update isn't loaded up with new features, Adobe has made many of Photoshop's existing features faster and easier to use.
He has compiled a list of the 20 best improvements to the software and takes us step by step through each one to show off Photoshop's powerful new abilities. Conveniently, he includes a time-stamped list of when each feature will be discussed during the tutorial, allowing viewers to skip ahead to the content most relevant to them (skip to the 50-second mark of the video to see the list). Among the features he explores are the ability to import directly from an iPhone or iPad, animated GIF support, improved subject selection, and much more.
