A Drone Piñata Is Every Bit as Funny as You'd Expect

If you're one of those people who hates drones, or you simply just enjoy watching things being destroyed, this is the video for you. Putting a piñata on a drone ends exactly as you'd expect it to, but before the inevitable destruction, it's quite a funny game of cat and mouse.

We've seen drones attacked by everything from Jet Skis to angry fishermen, but this is a new one. If you don't know Vat 19, they're an online store that specializes in bizarre and humorous gifts. They also have a very funny YouTube channel. Recently, to celebrate reaching 2 billion views, they put a piñata on a DJI Phantom and went to town. We all know what's inevitably coming, but it's still great to watch, and downright hilarious when one of them flings himself to the ground trying to hit it. It's much more interactive than just hanging a spiñata from the rafters. Check out the behind-the-scenes footage of the video below:

Obviously, walking near a drone while you can't see and swinging a baseball bat at it isn't the safest thing to do, so don't attempt this at home. Besides, that's the most expensive piñata I've ever seen.

Mixed feelings;

1) My humorist side loved it, funny video ... LMFAO!

2) Although being an "RC Flight Enthusiast" my serious side really hated to see a perfectly good "Quad Helicopter (AKA: Drone)" being %$$^&#--up, damaged :(

3) Therefore I would be curious to know the repair cost?

well, i never like to see people destroying expensive objects just for fun

must be nice to shit money so you can buy a drone and smash it just for "fun". I particularly would donate that money to a worthy cause but hey, what do i know right?
