Five Lightroom Tricks That Will Help You Work Faster and Improve Your Photos

Lightroom is an intricate program full of hidden features and tricks that can both improve your images and make your workflow far more efficient if you know how to use them properly. This great video will show you five hidden features and tricks you might not have known about before.

Coming to you from Teppo Haapoja, this excellent video will show you five tricks to improve your images and make your workflow a bit quicker in Lightroom. One trick I use in almost every photo is the radial filter. I like to add a bit of vignette to almost all my images to draw attention to the subject, but the problem with doing this from the effects tab is that the vignette will always be dead center. On the other hand, it's pretty rare that my subject is located right in the middle of a shot. By using the radial filter, I can place the vignette wherever I want and control its size and intensity as well. It's a great way to help guide your viewer's eye. Just be sure to feather the adjustment so it blends seamlessly into the rest of the photo.

I switched off after 59 seconds. Guess I’ll never know what those 5 invaluable tips are.

Did you read the last line of my writeup? ;)

I did, but I always need to watch the intro to determine the v-logger's style. If they're too full of their own self-esteem, I move on. Quickly.

Next time he got 40k subs, brewing coffee in the intro and saying "bwwwatsup everybody".

I need new content, I'm tired of copy and paste YouTubers.
