What's New in Photoshop 2020

Photoshop 2020 is here, and with it comes a bevy of new and improved features and capabilities. If you are looking to dive into the program, this great video will show you what is new for photographers and give you a tour of the new version.

Coming to you from Matt Kloskowski, this helpful video takes a look at the latest version of Photoshop and the features oriented toward photographers. One of the marquee features is the new Object Selection tool, which leverages Adobe Sensei technology to create more powerful selections. Other changes include improvements to Content-Aware Fill (which now allows you to choose more ways to source content for the tool, allowing greater control over the output), updates to the Lens Blur filter, improvements to the Transform Warp and Crop tools, and more. Along with the new and expanded features come some jumps in performance, along with expanded cloud support meant to support Photoshop for iPad. While there are a few marquee features, many of the changes seem to be centered around small gains that improve overall efficiency. Check out the video above to explore some of the new items and see how you can make use of them.
