Looks overexposed on my screen.

It is not. It could be your screen or the way your web browser / operating system treat colors. Do you calibrate your screen?

I've looked at it on three monitors and it appears overexposed on all 3.

That, and it's more of a portrait that beauty.

(didn't rate)

Definitely overexposed (calibrated screen, and color profiled browser). Color balance also looks off, a bit yellowish. Stray hairs could have been fixed, and also some parts of the lips.

Since the highlights are so blown out it makes it hard to see the actual makeup, which is a major point in beauty photography

I guess overexposed means different things for different people. There is no loss of detail and the histogram is fine so I don't consider it overexposed.

Am I pushing a lot of light here? Sure. But that is what I am going for. I like the way it looks and how that makes her eyes pop. Think about the work of Lillian Bassman as my inspiration there.

There is a slight yellow tint as Sebastian noticed. This is on purpose.

I should fix the stray hairs and touch up the lips. Thanks Sebastian.

You're right Henry, it is probably more a portrait than beauty.
