2.8 - "Solid" 

This image is made from a 3 shot vertical pano time blend consisting of a total of 21 images. It was shot on a Sony a7r iii with the Zeiss Batis 18mm 2.8 lens.

There is so much happening here that I think I would do a longer shutter speed to smooth out the sky a little and the water a lot. I would also balance the entire image a little more to give it a natural look (for example where is the light on the green on the left side of the island coming from?).

That's pretty solid advice nice one. I unfortunately didn't have any ND filters which I really wanted when I was setting up the shot cos I knew that it would be better to get more exposure on the water and sky to blend in the blue hour stuff more. Thanks for reminding me of light source issue. It is so glaringly obvious now that you mentioned it.

Nice colors, but odd distortion on the town.

Too much sky. Crop out the top quarter and the buildings will pop.
