Fuji X100

Fuji X100

Who It’s For:

Pretty much everyone. This is a tiny camera with a fast lens that just works without you really having to think about it. If you’ve ever wanted a tiny camera that has some of the functionality of a big DSLR and quite a lot of the image quality, this is for you.

What We Like:

Size: It’s tiny, seriously, if you want a powerful camera for street photography or something where you don’t really want to make a fuss, this is a great camera.

Speed: For not being a big, clunky DSLR, this camera is properly quick  in operation.

Sensor: The X100 has an APS sized sensor which is massive for a camera this size.

Sharp: The 23mm f/2 lens is sharp as a tack. When you do the math, it’s equivalent to a 35mm f/2 lens on a full frame camera.

What We Don’t:

Autofocus: It’s a little slow, not horrible, but not blazing fast.

Price: At $1200, this will hurt a little, but do it. It’s an amazing camera.
