Rhino Dolly Brings Slider Shots to Big Productions

Kyle Hart has been making photo/video products we love for over a decade now. We love our Rhino Slider, but it's never been big enough for long dolly moves. The Rhino Dolly is here to change that.

The Rhino Dolly is a modular dolly system. You can create infinitely long moves as long as you have enough 3.5-inch pipe and a support every 7 feet. Unlike your average rental dolly which weighs as much as a car, the Rhino Dolly was designed to be lightweight and fit in custom travel cases that are much smaller and lighter than anything I've seen on the market. The rails are designed to lay on the floor or easily mount on tripods, light stands, or custom carbon legs.

Most importantly, the Rhino Dolly System was designed to work with the Rhino Arc II motion controller, which is a part of their standard carbon slider system. This means you won't have to buy two different motion control rigs for longer and shorter shots; just buy one Arc II and it will work with both systems.

The Rhino Dolly System is currently on Kickstarter and plans to ship by the end of 2022. We normally don't promote Kickstarter campaigns because so few of them ever come to market, but I have total faith in Kyle. He's already completed nine successful Kickstarter campaigns, and this Dolly is one of the least complex products he's brought to market. I have no doubt Kyle will ship everything on time and the product will be top-notch.

If you're in need of long tracking shots and a standard slider won't cut it, the Rhino Dolly might be right for you.

Hey Lee, you forgot to start the second paragraph with "Coming to you from..." Did you not get the memo from Alex?
When is Fstoppers going to start coming out with more original content again instead of just pasting links to YouTube. When Fstoppers does post original content, it does circles around what DPReview does. I have never watched a DPReview video twice, but some of the Fstoppers videos I have watched many times.

Patrick and have been in the process of moving for the last month into new homes in PR. My studio is finally usable so I'm going to be making more content in the next few days. Just filmed a few video today actually.
