Samsung's latest flagship phone has some camera specs that are sure to make lots of photographers and videographers do a double take, and while they are certainly impressive, you might be wondering how the phone performs in the real world. This excellent video follows a photographer as he takes the 108-megapixel Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra smartphone into the wild for a landscape shoot.
Coming to you from Brent Hall, this great video follows him as he goes on a shoot with the new Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra cameraphone. The Galaxy S20 Ultra has some truly jaw-dropping specs, including a 1/1.33" main sensor, up to 108-megapixel images, ultra-wide and telephoto cameras (and you can take photos with all three cameras simultaneously), AI-based Super Resolution Zoom, 10x Hybrid Optic Zoom, and 8K video with still image extraction. On top of that, the phone comes with a 120 Hz AMOLED display with 3,200 by 1,440 resolution at 6.9 inches. While the Galaxy S20 Ultra certainly is not going to compete with dedicated professional cameras, it does offer some remarkable capabilities and creative opportunities, and as Hall shows, you can create some highly impressive work with it — work that would traditionally require a professional setup.
