Just for fun, I thought I'd share a little survey of one of my favorite locations. I enjoy seeing where you all have been and this seemed like a fun idea. These are all from Sandy Hook, NJ. The old military base is a gold mine for photography. There is so much to see that you can't even do it in a day. Maybe even more.
The diversity of opportunity there is huge:
Interesting architecture and derelict buildings
The Lighthouse
Awesome cement walls everywhere
Interesting structures
Seals (happily napping) and other wildlife
Doors (if you are into doors, there are unique ones all over this site)
Beach and bayside scenes
and New York is right across the bay (bridge is the Verrazano)
