Segmented Pricing to Negotiate with Clients: TogTools Podcast with Fstoppers David Bickley

Up next on the TogTools series featuring your very own Fstoppers writers and contributors hosts Jess and Stephen talk with award winning photographer David Bickley. If you are not familiar with the series or David's work be sure to tune in and gain some great knowledge as he talks through starting up, pricing and how some key mistakes taught him valuable lessons in the industry.David has been one of those photographers I have followed from the beginning of my career and he has been a constant inspiration. Having shown a strong interest in portrait and fitness photography he has pushed his brand into the top tier of creatives and brings along the reputation of one of the greats at such a young age. In this interview my favorite thing to take away is the way he explains his work ethic and overall motivation to do what he does, pure passion and drive. With the love what you do, and do what you love mentality he's able to keep his professional path on track while also using any mistakes along the way as more incentive to improve.

A video will be released every week featuring one of the Fstoppers writers. Topics range from food photography, concert photography, commercial photography, wedding photography and more. These podcasts are focused on the business side, such as how to advertise, brand and break into markets.

Can't believe this got no comments...I picked up on Lee's TogTools podcast first and now I'm going through all of them and this is one of the best. This guy really has his act together from an entrepreneurial standpoint.

Right?! This was one of my favorites. David is an incredible dude and an outstanding photographer. This had so much great info about the field and how to grow.

Thanks guys, though I'm not sure I deserve all that! I'm glad you got something out of it.
