An iPhone SLR Mount for Canon and Nikon Lenses

An iPhone SLR Mount for Canon and Nikon Lenses

Hey everyone. I saw this and I had to share it. It's kinda cool but if you own these lenses... Well let's leave the comments to you guys and see what comes up. ;)

From time to time I find the cool, the absurd, the wild, the inventive, the helpful, the shocking, etc, etc, that I just want to share with you. In this case it's a product that allows you to attach your high end lenses to your iPhone. I'm curious to hear what you think of this new product.

Wait a sec... April 1st isn't for another month and a half!

i think the mount can break easily if they do not come up with an extra support for the lens to the phone

I'd probably laugh if I seen this in public.

this should be just perfect for certain photographers in certain US newspapers which got plenty of lenses they dont use anymore.. *hirr*

iPhone AND Dslr?! I don't think the planet could handle that combination of douchebaggery

Absolutely ridiculous !!

But... why?

What makes the iphone camera so popular is fact that it is so small and goes with you all the time. I think this is just done because they can. If you think about it anyone that can afford the lenses and knows how to use them is going to put them on an DSLR.

it still is photography, so if you want to take better quality images with an ipod and canon lenses, why not? It's just a tool, people should really get to the terms with the idea that the camera is not as important as we think it is - skills, vision and light that is what matters most:)

How do you fit that in your pants pocket?

This fire needs stomped out, before the stupid spreads.

I don't understand all the negative chatter. If you don't like it don't use it but if you can make it work for you then go ahead. An artist of any kind is not judged on their tools but on the creation. I've seem a lot of great photos taken with all kinds of cameras so what makes this any different? Don't come down on and or try to stomp innovation that opens possibilities to others just cause you wouldn't do it that way, it is art after all.

waste! lol the last one ends up looking like an old school webcam photo
