The delicate balance of exposure is not always an easy one to figure out. I had snapped on a neutral density filter to lengthen my exposure but with the wind moving the trees it was tricky because I wanted my foreground to be nice and sharp all while blurring the motion in the water. It took some time, but I got the shot I wanted!
