One photo from my bread photoshoot for local bakery. Camera on manfrotto tripod with horizontal column, one light from up-right direction (Canon Speedlite 600EXII RT with 80cm octa), second light is bare 600EXII RT shot up to ceiling as a fill light and to make knife surface more interesting.
