Fuji By Night

Taken in Yamanashi on a frigid February night.

Mount Fuji is the most famous mountain in Japan, and one of the most photographed in the world, so coming up with new and interesting compositions is always a challenge.

I used a photo I had taken previously as inspiration for this one. After months of imagining it in my head, I was able to capture it.

I love how simple yet layered this photo is. I think a lot of other photographers would have inserted a fake milkyway or something.

Thanks, I try to keep most of my photos as realistic as possible.

Beutiful, clean frame Jordan!

Thanks! It was a little bit of guess work in the dark, but I finally nailed it! Haha.
