Ferry Man since 1958

Ray has been at the hem of this essential ferry boat, connecting two villages (Warsash and Hamble) on the South Coast of Hampshire, UK since 1958!
I've used this little ferry many times and wanted a shot of Ray grafting away, no matter what the weather!
