Try using "apply image" set to multiply on a white mask on your sun flare color treatment layer over her. This will put the color more in the highlights than the midtones and largely keep it out of the shadows for a more natural look.
I really like the photo but the color on her face and hair just doesn't sit in the photo IMO. Hope this helps!
