I've been waiting for a long time for the right conditions and finally got the chance to shoot this comp.
The milky way in Australia is really bright thanks to little light pollution outside of cities and even though we're not in the best milky way season yet :)
Now this one was a tricky exposure.
I wanted to go as wide as possible but I was working with my 28mm kit lens...
So there are two photos(180sec each), focus stacked for sharp foreground shot at late blue hour
another 5 exposures to get vertical panorama of the stars
All blended together to capture what I saw at the spot.
Also as you might tell, it was quite windy that's why the tree is blurry but it gives a bit of separation between stars and foreground in my opinion :)
