The view of the "Small Port" of Piraeus from the cafe-bar-restaurant's "Don Quixote"rooftop is amazing.
Sailboats coming in and out of the port, cars and people passing by, chill out music playing in the background, a brilliant view of the mediterranean sea and lots of places to eat fresh fish nearby.
Oh and... the Greek summer of course!
