He probably means that it's not a very sharp picture. Could be also the wind, and a light tripod, or a lack of focus stacking (although a good lens at f22 should be alright for this scene without the need of focus stacking).
This is definitely not a scene that requires focus stacking, even at f8.
Honestly I don't know what he is talking about. Great capture and wonderful light. I'm quite jealous.
