Taken early evening, in high desert New Mexico. I’m proud of the fact that this shot was done in one take. I had previously had the rider sit on the bike at a stand still to make sure the flash was correct. Then took another shot to make sure I was happy with the exposure without the strobe. And then this shot. One light, one camera, one rider, one amazing photo (in my opinion of coarse😁)

The colours are punchy but not overly so...it would be tempting to crank 'em up but you didn't and instead they mingle well together. Shadow tones look great too.

Thank you, as you can see it’s been a long road learning how to not overcook a photo in post process. 😂

Glad this got picked! Huge fan of this image, Rob. You got everything right!

Thanks man! I’ll be honest, it’s a huge surprise to me. Definitely a motivator for me.

This really is such a cool shot, nicely done, my friend!

Thank you very much! I really appreciate the wonderful comments.

I really like this one, Rob! Many years ago, before I get more seriously into photography I went with a friend to a rallye. He got a similar image and I stood at it for long long time.
Here´s the same! Congrats!!!

Thank you so much for taking the time (no pun intended) to comment on my work. Because of you and others, this photo has really changed the way I look at photography. I really do appreciate the kind words.

Nicely done. I like the post processing that gives it that feel of not simply being a photograph without over doing it. Really nice balance that I feel is missing in a lot of images today. Too many overly processed images out there.

Thank you! TBH I sat and stared at the RAW for a good while before processing. The strobe did most of the work. Post was very minor adjustments to not look flat like the RAW format.
