At less than $1,000, the EOS R10 offers a nice array of modern features in an affordable and portable package, making it a nice option for many photographers. Its most notable features include:
- 24.2 megapixel APS-C sensor paired with DIGIC X processor
- 15 fps continuous burst speed with mechanical shutter (23 fps when using electronic shutter)
- ISO range of 100-32,000 (expandable to 51,200)
- 4K, 8-bit video at up to 30 fps with full sensor width (up to 60 fps with crop) and 6K oversampling
- Full HD video at up to 120 fps
- Unlimited recording times
- Dual Pixel CMOS AF II with 651 autofocus points with full coverage of frame
- 2.36-million-dot OLED electronic viewfinder
- 3.0-inch vari-angle LCD
- One UHS-II SD card slot
- Wi-Fi and Bluetooth

I have found that nothing comes even remotely close to the R7.
Fuji is next but the AF lags painfully behind the R7.
Nikon and Sony are missing from the field completely compared to the R7.
The R10 sounds great but the lack of IBIS is a deal breaker. I now use a large collection of FD, FL and R leases on it and the IBIS is amazing.
