[Pics] Desserts Spinning on Vinyl By Phillip Karlberg

I'm gonna go out on a limb and say this one is a first.  Stockholm photographer Phillip Karlberg has created a quirky and vibrant series of not-so-still life images.  The subject?  Colorful desserts spinning on top of revolving records.  Music and food combined, literally.  Below are some of the images from this well executed series that he calls 33 RPM.

”If I had a heart” by Fever Ray: Raspberry sorbet, mint ice cream and fig.

”Don’t look back into the sun” by The Libertines: Sundae surprise.

”Nuthin but a ‘G’ thang” by Dr Dre feat. Snoop: Pancakes, chocolate mousse & cream.

”Jolene” by Dolly Parton: Candied pear with sweet red wine reduction.

”Where is my mind” by The Pixies: Pannacotta.

”Here I go again” by Whitesnake: Cheese cake with jelly.

”You can call me Al” by Paul Simon: Fruit carpaccio.
