Nonetheless, that does not mean you can't do certain things to reduce that stress. No doubt, there are some stressors that are simply unavoidable, but many more can be reduced or eliminated entirely. Often, this comes down to planning, planning, and more planning. We often stress when we are unsure of the outcome of a situation, particularly when there are significant stakes attached to that outcome. The more you plan, the more you can ensure the day will go smoothly and, more importantly, as you expect it to.
