The Wednesday Rundown 8.10.11

Howdy and welcome to the Wednesday Rundown. This week I found a great BTS video of a mock Macbook Air commercial. The team behind the video had some creative ways to really make this concept come to life. It Check it out and the final cut of the video! If you have a video that you think we might like to post, please click on "submit content" above.

Flying Macbook Air:

This might be one of my favorite videos. This is a behind the scenes video of a making of a mock apple commercial. Such great ideas and execution on this video. You can check out the final video below the BTS video.

Hair Company Shoot:

Best looking hair I have seen in a while. A shoot done for a hair company with some nice lighting to catch all that hair. The photographer has used reflectors on both sides to light every angle of the model.

Engagement Shoot:

An engagement shoot done with natural lighting around own. Check out this video to snag some ideas on some nice scenes around town and how to stage your clients. To see more see the photographer's blog.

Boudoir Shoot:

A model shoot with a Navy Pinup girl. Very interesting how the girl is posed in the video. The last image turns out good with the ship wheel in the photo. Check out their website also www.boudoirlouisville.com

the flying MB air is rad! Too bad youre a windows guy Jerrit. Your computer just plummets to the ground and shatters into dust HAHA!

my chrome book is pretty slick. i can run unix OS on anything anytime without paying for some old dudes turtle necks.

+1 for Chromebooks! Did you buy one or go to Google I/O?

they sent me one on the pilot program. pretty slick but I will say for video w7 runs much better on it. I know I am a terrible person.

it's a specific tool for sure. I'm on big tower machines all day at work, so it's nice to have an instant-on machine w/ a keyboard and long batteries laying around the house like a magazine/coffee table book instead of firing up the tower.

The link to boudoirlouisville is wrong: http://fstoppers.com/www.boudoirlouisville.com

fixed, some how that link was defaulting to our host. thanks

Love the macbook air one, great concept. The last one annoys me; The wheel's base looks awful, especially on a white background.
