I would go for the business and possibly the relationship building, but as a wedding photographer I would not even take a glance at hiring him.

I've been in that exact same spot, shooting a panorama a couple of years ago. The tower and rooftops are unmistakable.

i actually thought it was from Pisa, Italy. But then I realized it was just someone being artistic and trying to tilt the photo intentionally.
