Great shot. I'm surprised I am going to say this but I actually don't like the boat. The girl and sky are so beautiful, it kinda takes me out of the shot.
Great lighting & posing with the model but I agree with Lee that the boat is just way too distracting in the frame, considering how big it is in comparison to the overall composition.
I like the shot but yes the boat is a bit strong, OK but a bit strong. The light is also a bit unsubtle, but this creates a styalised look that I quite like. The sky and the clothing share a colour palette, which mean they work well together.
What is she looking at? Perhapse she should look to the water in bottom left corner of the shot which would create a nice eyeline on a strong diagonal. Or tilt her pretty face to one of the upper corners.
I like this shot quite a bit. If it were mine I would play around with the boat and see if I could blur it a bit as it does draw attention from the model. Keep the boat but make it less prominent.
Perhaps the purple hue to the sky is a bit intense. I would work it more toward blue - deep blue. Very nice photo.
