Foggy day Headshot

This is my first uploaded photo here. Im an enthusiast, but also looking to improve my skills to grow to be more than that. I took this shot with available light on a foggy and cloudy day. I did some basic editing. Did not come out exactly as i wanted but I did not know how to mess with it anymore. The hair and lip coloring came out looking weird to my eyes and I deleted all the dodging I did cause I need a lot more practice
