Vermillion Lakes one winter evening. I had originally been setting up a shot in another location when I realized after some time, that I had a rather large audience. Unbeknown to me, I had been sharing my space with a herd of elk. Disturbed by my lack of awareness in the dark, I quickly packed up and made my way to the perpetually popular Vermillion Lakes in the hopes of running into some humans instead.
