If it were me (and please keep in mind that I don't shoot fashion or glamor), I would go a tad bit easier on the skin smoothing. Then again, I'm viewing the image on my iPhone5, so maybe the tiny screen isn't doing the photo justice. Also, I would warm up the image a bit (but that's a matter of personal preference. You may prefer cooler tones in your work). Otherwise, great job!
