Surprisingly what looks like mountain in the background I came to find out actually was a glacier and most times of the year the water is Ice Blue, but for some odd reason that day we got green waters, but the place was still breathtaking in its entirety. thank you so much. thats my favorite part of the photo as well.
Don't know about you but my eye is drawn to that fabulous still waters that show the depths of the river/lake quite glacial in it's calmness.
