This was taken yesterday around 2pm.
The light of the sun was shining into the camera, causing a silhouette of the person walking though the mirror pool.
Because the building and the bit of sky was a bit too bright.
I edited the image in photoshop and enhance the detail in the steam and the fountain and darken out the sky and the buildings to create this effect.
