Great work, If I were be an anal retentive perfectionist, (and my wife is laughing now) I might say the following: Try this image cropped a little less wide, and light the veggies on the forward left of 'old red' there, they fall into the shadow cast by the tail and don't pop as much as the lettuce. You also have a stray bit of rice near the left claw that may be more untidy than 'rustic.'
I'm sorry to nitpic and I hope I'm not a downer. You shoot food way better than me (I mostly just eat it) and I love this image, so I'm really just being a neat freak. Damn, I love your shots, and want to eat them all.
